Kat is a Director with 23 years Risk and Compliance experience across the Wealth Management, Banking, Insurance, and Professional Services sectors.
Including senior leadership roles at a large Wealth Manager, responsible for the oversight of £35bn+ FUM and 900+ advisers and at a Big4 consultancy firm, leading large delivery teams on process, risk and compliance transformations, s.166’s, enforcement actions and regulatory remediation.

Kat started working with Sovereign Wealth as an Independent Risk Director in November 2025.

Being from the country, Kat enjoys the outdoors, whether that be hiking or taking part in an adventure event.
